Park Street Storage is an indoor self-storage facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Indoor storage means a temperature- controlled and (importantly) humidity-controlled environment that is necessary when your store possessions that cannot be subject to the extreme cold, heat, and humidity of the south central Wisconsin climate. High humidity and extreme temperature changes are the leading cause of damage to your goods. Our climate-controlled storage units are maintained between 60 and 82 degrees (F) year round. We dehumidify, and maintain humidity below 65%.

Our self-storage units are clean and dry. The entire interior is kept clean. The building is solid -- all concrete and masonry-- not a metal shed. We have a restroom on site (a valuable convenience).

Security And Safety

We take security and safety seriously. The building has an electric access control system, so you must have a pin card to enter the building. Of course, the building has fire detection, sprinklers, and alarms. The parking areas and entrances are well-lit with sodium vapor (high intensity) lamps, and we monitor all access with 24/7 video surveillance. Tenant access  hours are 6 a.m. - 9 p.m., 7 days a week.

Reasonable Rates

Our rates for indoor self-storage are reasonable. We accommodate both short-term and long-term rentals. The facility is owner- managed, so you will never deal with an indifferent or uninformed employee. We offer a discount for long-term storage.

Self Storage

Self Storage means that you will move the items into your storage unit and pack the unit yourself. Park Street Storage has a large garage bay for easy entrance and we provide furniture carts for moving your items within the building. The hallways are wide, and the doors on each storage unit are easy-to-lift roll-up doors. There's ample parking for cars and plenty of room if you have a semi-truck.
